I've got this pulsing, stabbing pain in my left brow and eye. I think I've got sinusitis. The pain gets much worse when i lean forward. 

I've never had sinusitis in my life, but it seems to be the most likely cause. 

Some kind of badass, potent pathogen has given me this, bronchitis and tonsillitis. Feels not too terrible, thankfully.
